The Winston Attorney Management Network (WAMN) has been forwarding claims both nationally and internationally for over 20 years. Capitalizing on our extensive database and our 30 years of experience, Winston and Winston P.C. selects the most qualified law firm to meet your business needs.
WAMN acts as a client liaison and supervises the performance of all attorneys for collections, reporting, skip tracing ability, timely remittances, and ability to handle complex litigation. For contested litigation, an attorney from Winston and Winston P.C. supervises, the network attorney, ensuring that the network attorney conducts discovery, files the appropriate motions, and quickly moves the cases forward to resolution.
WAMN provides a variety of timely reports. Remote Client access to audit accounts is available upon request.
WAMN bills are provided in a simplified format, including itemized fees and expenses. Bills may be customized to satisfy an individual client's needs. Receive one bill for all your attorneys.
The WAMN database maintains a state-by-state record of the court costs required to institute suit nationally. Unnecessary and unjustified expenses are avoided through managing and careful auditing of all accounts.
The network is organized to handle the special needs of both commercial, bankruptcy and retail claims. WAMN Network attorneys regularly handle cases involving complex litigation, bankruptcy law, foreclosures, and commercial and consumer financial matters. With a large support staff, our firm is capable of servicing large volume clients, while providing competent attorneys to handle commercial claims or complex litigation.
While a specific creditor may have only one case for an attorney in a certain state, a WAMN attorney may be handling many cases from the network and thus treat our clients with special attention.
Cases can be handled on a contingency, flat fee, hourly or combination basis. No annual fee, placement fee, transmittal fee, referral fee, or other type of fee is ever charged to a network attorney to reduce their overall fee. The network attorney is strongly motivated to produce results.
